A well-respected community advocate and government grant facilitator Yudy Cid was successful in improving the lives, but she was not getting the results she wanted. The work was time and labor intensive. Her contracts with organizations were on a per couple basis. Frequently after spending hours to get people registered, they wouldn't show up and she made nothing.
On the weekends, she would speak at churches and only three or four couples would actually follow through with the program. The rewards didn’t equal the efforts and Yudy knew something had to change.

As a media personality, Yudy has become her own brand. She hosts her own weekly, one-hour, radio show on Radio Visión Cristiana Internacional and has twice weekly guest appearances Radio WADO. All radio spots are on live and at the highly coveted "drive time".
Yudy periodically appears on Mundo Fox, Telemicro and Televisión Dominicana, El Corazon de la Familia and Vida en Alto. Yudy uses her appearances to further her community outreach efforts. Her regular media appearances reach audiences of more than two million people weekly.
The next step is the launch of Yudy’s forthcoming book, Couples that Play Together, Stay Together, which is due spring 2015. As we see it there is unlimited potential for the new book especially with the cross-platform marketing and extensive Social Media efforts.

On March 7, 2012 Yudy Cid landed in Minnesota, to work with Saltar Solutions. Yudy arrived without a company name, a brand, a cohesive message or a platform. However, she was a recognized expert in her field.
During the next five days we developed a brand, named her company, created a tagline, finalized a logo and color palette. We developed a marketing strategy that would position Yudy to live her true passion of becoming a radio host. Our entire campaign focused on grabbing and keeping Yudy in the spotlight.
By the end of 2014, Yudy built a dynamic and active social media following. Her team curated and generated content that address important issues while celebrating the cultural diversity of her followers. Yudy has become a trusted leader.
Through not an easy task, Yudy has been able to translate her media prowess to revenue. Her appearances directly impact the bottom line for her company. Expanded service offerings, increased revenue streams and growing audiences have positioned Yudy to excel.
Relationship counseling is a new service that satisfies demand that comes from the relationship advice offered on weekly radio spots. Speaking engagements are more frequent and more lucrative.
Yudy says, “Before I was running all over the place trying to get people to respond, now I focus on my radio spots, creating valuable content and feed the Social Media machine. The result is that I’ve tripled my income while cutting my expenses by approximately 35 percent.”
