If I had all the time in the world, I’d be able to blow your mind with the advice I’ve gotten from Bill Glazer. He’s smart, very smart. He understands business and the psychology behind the customer AND the purchase. You’d be amazed at the strategy behind the advice.
But I don’t have much time today. Really busy, in fact, but I wanted to get this over to you immediately so you could start thinking about it. So here goes, practically from the horses mouth. Bill Glazer gets total credit for this info…
The 3rd most valuable customer is the lost customer! They used to do business with you and now they don’t. Here is the system that Bill recommends.
Determine when they are actually lost. Some businesses might be a month, some a year. Figure out when a customer is lost for you.
Invite them to come back.
They need to be made blameless in their disappearance. Blame it on something else, choose something beyond their control.
Give them an offer that motivates them to return. Make it attractive.
If they don’t respond, make another offer.
Still nothing, another offer.
Call them and ask them why they didn’t come back. If possible try to adjust the issue to their liking.
When they show up. Welcome them back with open arms.
Of course, this is not word-for-word or everything Bill had to say on the subject. He definitely had more to say. This is enough to get you thinking about customers you have lost. Wouldn’t it be nice to have them back again? So why not follow the steps that I’ve described here. I’m going to get right on this. If you’re a lost customer and your reading this, get ready I’m coming to bring you back.
If “all this marketing stuff” interests you, you might want to consider attending at least one of these conferences. You’ll hear lots of great advice, meet like minded people and open your mind to some radical ideas.
Let’s get Outrageous!
Until then, you could check out a copy of Bill’s book “Outrageous Advertising that’s Outrageously Successful.” It’s terrific and I made $3000 not even 1/4 of the way through it, using an idea I got from the book. You can’t beat that.
Tap into the Millionaire Maker
You also might want to check out my post of info I learned from Millionaire Maker Dan Kennedy. He’s phenomenal. Also, one of these days I’m going to tell you how I got to be first to have my picture taken with Super Model, Billionaire CEO, Kathy Ireland.
If you’d like to increase your revenue by 30% right off the bat, call me and we’ll talk about those lost customers. They have cash in hand and are looking for where to spend it. Why not make it your business… Contact me and we’ll put together a strategy to bring them back.
