Tapas with everything. A very social society, the Spanish frequently conduct business outside of their offices. Information is gathered, ideas are shared and relationships are solidified while leaning at the bar. Many deals are made over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
When you’re at a bar, any drink is served with a bit of this or some of that. Whether it be a crust of bread and a slice of cheese, a few olives, a piece of smoked ham, tapas are everywhere. Never a main meal, they are just a nibble. Something to hold you over until a very late dinner, they are tasty little morsels to savor and enjoy.
Tapas Tuesday’s are the same… Tips that I’ve gathered from my conferences, many recent trainings and the constant consumption of knowledge. I’ve decided to chunk it down and deliver them weekly in bite size pieces, like tiny tapas.
Please sample, contemplate and absorb as you will. I hope you will savor and enjoy them!
AND, let me know how you like them. If they help or if you have some of your own to add. I’d love to hear from you.
